Simon Gets Festive With Seasonal Coupons, Deals & Giveaways ...

Retailers, national brands team up with Simon to ring in Santa, shoppers and seasonal sales. This year, Simon will transform a trip to the mall - and a visit with Santa - into a celebration that gives shoppers a chance to take advantage of the free gifts and coupons, holiday television programming, and much more offered by holiday sponsors this year.

National brands are hopping on the holiday sleigh at Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) to welcome smart shoppers, Santa Claus and his elves to a truly festive season of shopping.

This year, Simon will transform a trip to the mall - and a visit with Santa - into a celebration that gives shoppers a chance to take advantage of the free gifts and coupons, holiday television programming and much more offered by holiday sponsors this year.

While at the mall, families can also sign up for the Simon Kidgits Club or pick up a Simon Giftcard, the goof-proof gifting choice of the season.

Kids and their moms and dads can celebrate the arrival of the holidays with a trip to Santa's Village, where photos and other activities for the whole family await them. Families can also enter to win a special at-home visit from Santa through the "Make a New Holiday Memory" sweepstakes, offered at Simon.com.

And this year, a visit with Santa Claus isn't just reserved for the kids: Now animal lovers can now share the magical experience of the season with their four-legged (or dual-winged) friends through photos with Santa, provided by Universal Studios Home Entertainment's all-new movie, Beethoven's Big Break, available on DVD December 30th, 2008. With an all-star cast including Jonathan Silverman (Weekend at Bernies), Moises Arias (Hanna Montana), Rhea Perlman (TV's Cheers) and more, Beethoven's Big Break is jam packed with more action, more laughs and more surprises than ever before!

National sponsors Sears, ABC Family, Duracell, Underwriters Laboratories, Simon Malls lighting and safety sponsor, and Gymboree will be setting up shop to sprinkle shoppers with coupons, free samples, safety tips for the holidays and giveaways straight from Santa's magic sack.

Sears will serve as presenting sponsor of the Simon Santa experience at all participating properties, distributing special coupon offers, while associate sponsor ABC Family plans to spread holiday cheer with highlights from its 25 Days of Christmas programming. Gymboree will distribute 20-percent-off coupons, and Underwriters Laboratories will provide safety tips for the holidays as families prepare for the season.
